Day Seventy Six

Thanks to Jack and Louise for sponsoring today's session!

Jack and Louise chose to rule this run with the most amazing playlist they could come up with. The balance of nineties pop disasters, film soundtrack crooners and death metal was a real work of art.

I have to be honest, on this run I did feel sick for the first 3 miles, and it was hard to tell if this was my rushed breakfast or the opening one-two of Mariah Carey and LeAnn Rimes... still once Edge of Sanity kicked in my pace increased nicely. The only problem was that the playlist wasn't long enough! Perhaps like me they weren't expecting me to run almost to Ealing and back...

Day Seventy Three

Thanks to Gurpreet for sponsoring today's session!

An evening run - in the light! I was starting to think this day would never come. I set off for the canal. but instead found a brand new river - well, more of a stream - running through Canonbury. A great find!

Also, this was the first time I tried out my brand new foot-icing bucket...
