My first morning session at Barber's Gym. The weather said 5 degrees but "feels like 1" - and it did.
We soon warmed up though: box jumps and pull-ups, then on to 5x5 bench presses paired with burpees. Finally, single-arm rows and broad jumps which were new to me: basically standing double feet forward jumps. Reminded me how much I used to love long jump at school!
