It was horribly wet out, which meant for a busy and slightly slippy gym. To combat this we did exercises with minimal floor movement: box steps, pull ups, back squats and the skiing machine.
Box steps I can tell are excellent for my mobility and my ankle strength, and the back squats I could tell I'd be feeling for days...
