At Barber's Gym, each month there is a different focus to the classes. April marks the return to the core: strength and endurance. And what better way to endure than a leg blaster complex with rounds at 5, 10, 15 and 20 reps.
We finished off with (or were finished off with?) deadlifts with alternating cardio and dips.
